MEETING SITE SELECTION AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS

WHAT DAVE AND CAROLYN CAN DO FOR ME

Dave O'Connor

Fast & thorough searches for venue options matching your event’s Business Impact Objectives, then purchase of your choice at the lowest market price available.

Facilitate property decisions with easy to digest analysis of each venue’s pros and cons of specific interest to you.

Limit and eliminate organizational risk through careful meeting contract structure.

Take out the trash! Help solve problems that arise before, during and after your event.

PHILOSOPHY

Dave: A meeting’s market value is in the eye of the beholder and as such a meetings’ value needs to be “sold” to potential suppliers just like hotels and resorts are sold to Organizations.

Carolyn: Why would organizations spend valuable time on endless details when pros with 30 + years in the industry will do their bidding at no cost to the budget?

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Dave: 35, all but the last 13 deeply entrenched on the hotel side of the bargaining table. The last 13 have been the most fun.

Carolyn: 35 too, but I am still younger than Dave!
